Suede is a very delicate material, which makes it intimidating to work with! So Walter’s Shoe Care has designed a kit with everything you need to keep your suede shoes looking as new as the day you bought them. Our Suede Kit comes with a Suede & Nubuck Brush, foaming Suede & Nubuck Cleaner, and a free Walter’s Shoe Bag.

The first step to cleaning suede shoes is to remove as much dirt and dust as possible by brushing the suede in one direction using the Suede & Nubuck Brush. Make sure the brush is clean and dry first. Use the eraser, located on the back of the brush, to gently erase any scuffs in your suede. The second step is to use the foaming Suede & Nubuck Cleaner to remove any tough stains. Hold the can 15-20 cm away from shoe and spray evenly. Then gently brush the tough stain with the Suede & Nubuck Brush.

Let your suede shoe air dry after cleaning. If the suede is hard or firm, refresh the nap of the suede by brushing up gently with the Suede & Nubuck Brush. When suede gets to wet the little hairs that make up the material lay flat and need some gentle encouraging to stand back up!
